A Weekend to Remember
The fast has ended, we are starting back to the other foods, Hopefully SLOWLY!
I felt I must certainly write about the absolutely incredible Weekend that we experienced here at the RIDGE Church! Those of you who were with us Saturday Night and Sunday Morning I imagine by now if you had thoughts that the fast just wasn’t connecting you with God like you had hoped those thoughts are a thing of the past! Boy did God show up and show off in this place. It was absolutely incredible to say the least. People Worshipping like never before, hands being raised that other wise would stayed by their side! Literally person after person on their face before God at an Alter like never before … and not just during on song but time after time, people praying and being released from hurts and burdens … I would say it this way I feel like those of you who were here would agree … Things Will Never be the Same! We will NEVER be the Same! Not now No way for we experienced Christ and we REMEMBER WhatHe did for us! Some many of you gave your all to HIM and I am proud to be called Your Pastor!
All I can say to those who missed it is simply … Man did you miss it, my words above can’t express what happened here. There is No way we could ever duplicate such an incredible Worship atmosphere like was in this place for the very first Saturday Night service and then followed up with an awesome Celebration Sunday like none other. In 14 years of ministry I have never seen a group of people come together for a weekend experience and just ”Jump into” Worship like they did here. Words can’t describe what you missed. This was Truly a WEEKEND to REMEMBER!
RIDGE Church I’m going to ask you to … REMEMBER, REMEMBER, REMEMBER your God moments … You just had one this past weekend! Keep the attitude of Praise, Keep the Heart of Worship Sunday’s coming and we can meet again.

Joey, I agree, this weekend was a GOD mement to remember. (several actually!) I struggled through the fast this time, but what an answer from God on Saturday night. His answer to me was as clear as you and I talking. I laid my stone on the alter and felt such a burden lifted. Then to have Andrew come up with me and lay his stone right beside mine….what an overwhelming feeling to know my son knows God! And then to see your family together at the alter, another heart warming feeling. I could see the spirit in your mom that night! What wonderful unforgetable moments. THANK-YOU!!!!!
I most definitely agree, what a movement of GOD we experienced together this past weekend! Saturday was an unforgettable night of worship!

I agree this was truly a GOD moving weekend! I had several moments with God this weekend during our celebration. I have never been in a worship service where the presence of God was so over whelming. I was so moved when Michael said Mommy I need to go pray but I need to go by myself! Several times Michael reached for my hand and just told me Mommy God is here. This is awesome! Last year during the fast I struggled and it was months after the fast that I got answers from God. The fast this time was so different. It was a true growth experience with God. Saturday there was several times God spoke to me. I saw the spirit on several people on Saturday night and than again on Sunday. I must agree what wonderful unforgettable moments with God.
I WILL NEVR BE THE SAME! I keep telling myself just one stone was all it took to take down Goliath so one prayer is all it takes for me to give stuff to God and LEAVE it there!
I am here faithfully waiting to serve when and where God calls me too!

To all who have replied, Wow seems like we all agree … Go God! Now our job is to Tell the World what is happening at the RIDGE, there are so many who need to hear and experience the presence of Christ! … Keep the replies coming.
Wow…these 21 days have been indescrible for me. I had many prayers answered and God has definately shown me that he is the only ONE that I need when I need someone to show me the way.
I just have to share this incredible moment that I had during this fast. I have been trying to convience my brother to start going to church again. During the fast, I gave God this prayer to convict my brother to find his way back into Gods house. Last Sunday, I got a call from my brother telling me that he had just left church. As you can imagine, I was very HAPPY!!!! Then on Saturday night, during a song, I started praying to God that he would just continue to convict my brother. An after I left church yesterday, my brother called me and told me that he had just been at church again. Words cant describe the excitement I was feeling inside. God had just shown me how incredible he is and how he is the only person who can change someone. You just have to give it to God and when the time is right, he will show you just how powerful he is. Now I know and I think

THIS WAS AN INCREDIBLE WEEKEND AND YOU ARE CORRECT WHEN YOU SAID WE HAVE TO GET OUTSIDE OF THE CHURCH WALLS AND TELL OTHERS WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE RIDGE.
I WAS SO PROUD OF JOSEPH WHEN HE SAID THAT HE NEEDED TO GO TO THE ALTER TO LAY DOWN HIS ROCK. AS A GRAND PARENT I WAS SO MOVED THAT MY HEART AND EYES WERE OVER FLOWING. GOD IS MOVING AT THE RIDGE IN TO MANY HEARTS AND SOULS. WE NEED TO PRAY, PRAY, PRAY.
AMAZING things are happening at The Ridge and I feel so blessed to be a part of the overwhelmingly beautiful movement of GOD in this place!
