Day 9

Here we are day 9 of the fast, we are quickly approaching halfway!  Can you believe that it seems like we just started.  What a great service we had yesterday, Incredible Worship!  Which brings me to the question, Can you imagine what it must have been like to have been Adam and Eve walking with My God Your God in the peace of the garden?  It had to have been beyond words, the presence of God right there with you just walking along enjoying the day experiencing all the emotion the tears the butterflies in your stomach, the overpowering feeling of God right there.  And of course we know the story, Adam and Eve gave up this glorious position with God for something to EAT! 

Fasting prepares the way for God to communicate clearly with you, to give you fresh revelations, fresh visions, and clear purpose.   You have already finished the eighth day, do not grow weary … stay the course, continue to seek after God … Read the Word … Pray!  An incredible reward awaits you as we fast and pray!  “There’s no telling what God’s going to do in His Church and in your life!” 

Jesus said in Matthew 5:6, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.”
